William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established Financial Services firm based in London, which is looking for a Settlement Associate (Fixed Income) to join the team.

Essential Skills | Settlement Associate (Fixed Income)

• Experience with Fixed Income settlements
• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Available on 4 weeks' notice or less

This role involves supporting client teams and ensuring smooth trade operations. Responsibilities include resolving unmatched trade exceptions through direct communication with client teams, internal departments, and Sales & Trading. You will perform daily nostro and depot reconciliations, respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, and aim to deliver a top-tier client experience. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes and support automation efforts. You will also contribute to projects involving new products, platforms, and regulatory changes, while maintaining all documentation and procedures up to date.
