William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established Financial Services firm based in London, which is looking for a Settlement Associate (Fixed Income) to join the firm.

Essential Skills | Settlement Associate (Fixed Income):

• Fixed Income settlements background
• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Available at 4 weeks notice or less

You’ll play a key role in supporting client teams and ensuring smooth trade operations. Your responsibilities include resolving unmatched trade exceptions through direct communication with client teams, internal departments, and Sales & Trading. You’ll perform daily nostro and depot reconciliations, respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, and deliver a top-tier client experience. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline processes and support automation efforts. You’ll also contribute to projects involving new products, platforms, and regulatory changes, while keeping all documentation and procedures up to date.
