Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site / Setting Out Engineer.
• Strong earthworks and groundworks experience.
• Competent with setting out equipment such as Total Station and GPS.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Own equipment would be advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• CSCS card is required.

Responsibilities

• Setting out for earthworks and groundworks packages.
• Levels, drainage, foundations, roads, kerbs and external works.
• Carrying out surveys and maintaining site records.
• Working closely with site management and groundworks teams.
• Ensuring works are completed accurately and in line with drawings/specifications.
