Job Opportunity: Set Piece Specialist at Brighton & Hove Albion FC

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Hours: Full-time, following the men’s first team schedule, including evenings and weekends

Contract Type: Permanent

Deadline: 23rd May 2025

Start Date: From 1st July 2025 (pending completion of recruitment checks)

Role Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee the offensive and defensive set-piece strategies.
  2. Lead the design and delivery of innovative coaching practices related to set-pieces.
  3. Analyze opposition behaviors and patterns to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Stay ahead of emerging trends in set-piece tactics.
  5. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in an elite men’s first team environment.
  • Strong interest in set-piece innovation and delivery.
  • UEFA A Licence or higher qualification.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
