Job summary

Oasis Community Hub Hadley in London is seeking a sessional youth worker to support activities across Oasis sites, including academies and youth centres. You will help run clubs, holiday programmes, mentoring and sports while ensuring the safety and development of young people.

This casual role requires evening shifts and unsociable hours with no guaranteed hours. You will work with a supportive team, uphold safeguarding principles, and contribute to open access youth activities and mentoring

Job description

This sessional youth worker post sits within the Oasis Youth & Community Team at Oasis Community Hub Hadley, supporting activities across several Oasis academies and youth centres. The work involves supporting young people in clubs, holiday programmes, mentoring and sports, while keeping them safe and leading activities for their wider development. It is a casual role with shifts as required, including evenings and unsociable hours, and no guaranteed hours. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as Oasis cannot sponsor visas.
