Working from HMP The Mount, you will deliver training across a wide range of subjects including Employability, Personal & Social Development, Maths, and English. You will work with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviors while supporting their long-term goals and aspirations.

We are seeking flexible and adaptable individuals to support on a short-term basis as needed, delivering innovative, engaging, and motivational learning sessions.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally, you will be qualified to Level 3 in Maths and English, or equivalent
• Substantial experience and expertise in your field
• Experience in delivering training
• A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable but not essential
• Ability to employ a variety of training methods to engage learners
