Buckinghamshire Adult Learning seeks a tutor to teach German language classes one evening a week in Aylesbury. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 2 to 4 per week, ideal for individuals with a background in language teaching and a teaching qualification.
Buckinghamshire Adult Learning is part of the Learning, Skills and Prevention Service, whose mission is: to provide inclusive learning opportunities that promote well-being and inspire people living or working in Buckinghamshire to achieve their potential.
The service is principally funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and we are subject to inspection by OFSTED. For roles within the Learning for Personal Development team, courses are no longer funded or under Ofsted, however they are still monitored to ensure that the quality of the provision is maintained.
Learning for Personal Development works to offer all Buckinghamshire residents the opportunity for lifelong learning that supports learners to develop a new skill, learn a language and keep mentally and physically active.
We are looking for tutors with a background in language teaching to offer language learning opportunity to Buckinghamshire residents.
Do you have experience of teaching the German language at either secondary level or to adults and hold a teaching qualification? If so, we are looking for a tutor to teach German, one evening a week in Aylesbury from September.
Do you wish to work flexibly from two hours per week, we are looking for people who could teach on average 2-4 hours per week.
