Overview

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Sessional Tutor - ESOL to join Windsor College on a fixed-term, sessional basis working up to 5 hours per week. The role offers an hourly rate of £26.99 inclusive of holiday pay.

Sessional Tutor - ESOL

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) instruction for up to 5 hours per week across Windsor College and Slough and Langley Campuses.
• Teach ESOL from Pre-Entry to Level Two, contribute to the development of the ESOL Plus curriculum, and cover classes during day or evening sessions as needed.
• Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and promote high attendance and achievement rates.
• Stay updated on curriculum developments and participate in the college’s performance management processes.

• Flexibility to work with diverse groups of learners; experience in educational settings with ages 14-16 and post-16 learners is preferred.
