Responsibilities will include supporting learners in a manner that enhances their dignity and quality of learning, while respecting their confidences.

Our vision at ATTFE College is to be recognized as an outstanding provider of Further Education and the provider of choice in our local communities. We aim to raise aspirations and achievements through high-quality, innovative education and training for learners aged 16+ (including adults). We adopt a learner-centred approach to education and lifelong learning that meets the needs of the local environment.

The role involves working at our Sutton and Ollerton campuses, as well as within the wider community. Therefore, a valid driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory, as you will be expected to travel between venues.

Our passion is unlocking individuals’ potential through new skills that add value and improve their quality of life. The ATTFE College team is dedicated to supporting the educational, pastoral, and well-being needs of our learners.

Based at our main campuses—Sutton Community Academy and Dukeries Academy—you will join a team committed to raising aspirations and achievements in our local communities.

We do this by:

  • Focusing on each person as an individual
  • Providing first-class education and training to help them succeed
  • Supporting learners at every stage
  • Responding to local skills needs and employer demands
  • Delivering exceptional teaching and learning
What’s in it for you?

You will benefit from excellent professional development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets, and an employee assistance program. Most importantly, you will work with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.

If you share our passion for improving education and want to make an impact, please apply!
