About the Role: You’ll support our fun, welcoming cycling sessions — helping children and adults of all abilities enjoy the freedom and joy of cycling. No experience necessary; just bring your passion for inclusion and a positive attitude!

What We Offer:

• £12.60/hour + 12.07% holiday pay (Real Living Wage) That’s£14.12/hour total(London weighting applies depending on home postcode)
• Flexible, sessional hours — ideal for fitting around other commitments
• Fulltrainingprovided (bike knowledge not essential)

About You:

• You love helping people and creating positive experiences.
• You’re reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.
• You’re comfortable working flexibly — indoors and outdoors.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Full UK driving licence (manual)
• Ability to drive a van
• Physical confidence with basic lifting/setup tasks
• Ride Leader or First Aid qualifications
• Providing logistical and operational support for events
