Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable, making a positive difference every day in the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but your main role will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, as well as helping expand their social networks and connections.
ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around each individual, and our Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing, and the fulfillment of their aspirations.
