Job description

The School Of Employability At South Thames College is now seeking engaging and inspiring sessional lecturers in IT to teach the following courses:

• L2 Certificate in Digital Marketing (TQUK)
• L3 Certificate in Social Media for E-Commerce (Gateway)
• L3 Certificate in IT User Skills (IDCL Advanced) (ITQ) (BCS)
• L3 Certificate in AI Programming with Python (TQUK)
• L3 Certificate in Web Design (NCFE)

The courses will be delivered face-to-face (classroom) at South Thames College's Wandsworth campus. All classes are in the evening.

Applicants should have a relevant professional qualification in an IT subject and/or industry experience working with IT. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is required, along with excellent current teaching skills in IT. Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development, including mandatory training, and experience working to meet Awarding Organisation standards are essential.

Applicants must have a high level of computer literacy and practical digital skills, including experience delivering remote learning. Strong planning, preparation, organisational, and administrative skills, along with good attention to detail, are necessary.
