Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Exams Invigilator to join the Windsor Forest Colleges Group team on a fixed-term sessional basis.

Position: Exams Invigilator

The role offers a 1-year fixed-term contract, working on a sessional basis, at an hourly rate of £14.58 inclusive of holiday pay. Vacancies are available at all four college campuses:

  • Slough & Langley College – Station Road, Langley, Berkshire, SL3 8BY
  • Berkshire College of Agriculture – Burchetts Green Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 6QR
  • Strode’s College – High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9DR
  • Windsor College – St Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3AZ

The main responsibilities include supporting Exams Officers in managing the examination process according to Department for Education and Examination Board regulations. Tasks may include supporting students with special educational needs as a Prompter, Reader, or Scribe, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring seating plan adherence. After exams, you will collect papers and materials for return to the exams office.
