CHEC, a UK-wide group of hospitals and community clinics, is seeking a sessional Dermatology Doctor to join our community dermatology team in Southend. The role focuses on managing a wide range of adult dermatology cases with independence and high clinical standards.

The successful candidate will contribute to rapid specialist access and high-quality patient care within CHEC’s clinics, while aligning with NHS partnerships and CHEC values of Caring, Passionate, Togetherness, Listening and Focus.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Diploma in Dermatology.
• Demonstrable experience working in dermatology.
• Hospital-based dermatologists must provide supporting evidence of relevant training.

About the Role

CHEC is looking to recruit an experienced dermatology clinician to join our team and support the continued growth of our community dermatology services. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage a wide range of adult dermatological conditions that would otherwise be referred to secondary care.

Our community dermatology service provides patients with rapid access to specialist opinion and high-quality care within convenient community clinic settings.

We welcome applications from:

• Consultant Dermatologist
• Hospital-based dermatologists working at Registrar or Staff Grade level
• Accredited GPwERs in Dermatology
• GPs with a recognised Diploma in Dermatology and substantial dermatology experience

Essential requirements:
