Job Description:

Hammersmith & Fulham, rated nationally by Ofsted as one of the top Local Authorities, is seeking casual Short Breaks Workers to join the Stephen Wiltshire Centre. The Centre provides Short Breaks, after school sessions, weekend breaks, holiday provision, and outreach services for children aged 8-18 with disabilities and complex needs.

The Casual Short Breaks Delivery Worker will:

  • Deliver Short Breaks ensuring all needs are met within the Centre and community settings.
  • Work within OFSTED and CQC standards to support quality engagement for children.

We are looking for individuals passionate about helping children achieve their full potential, with experience working with children with disabilities and complex needs.
