About the Role

Our Football Academy is designed to bridge the gap between grassroots youth football and men's semi-professional football, while enabling players to study full-time and gain vocational qualifications in Sports Coaching/Sports Science. With over 20 years of experience, the Academy prides itself on high standards both on the football and academic fronts. We are currently partnered with Bedfont Sports, providing access to semi-professional football, match day facilities, and broader football connections.

Position: Sessional Academy Football Coach

We are seeking a coach to plan and deliver coaching sessions, lead squads during training, and assist or lead match day activities such as warm-ups, team talks, and providing feedback to players.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years coaching experience with players aged 14 and above
  • UEFA C Coaching qualification
  • FA Safeguarding Children certification
  • FA Introduction to First Aid in Football certification
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle for transportation to various venues
Additional Details

Commitment to the weekly training schedule, including trials, taster days, and pre-season, with flexibility in dates and times. Ability to motivate and discipline young players, work independently during training sessions, and plan effectively.
