Job description

A chartered independent adviser firm, due to expansion and increasing workloads throughout the year, has an outstanding opportunity for an adviser to join their central Glasgow team (returning to a hybrid work model).

You will have your own paraplanner and sales support, along with a client base for the successful candidate. The complexity of cases can depend on the level of experience. Whether it be dealing with renewals or developing their client base, as an independent practice, they need someone who fits within their company culture. Following the appointment of the adviser, they will also recruit another paraplanner.

To be considered, you must be diploma 4 qualified with CAS status, with a proven track record in relationship management, ideally with whole-of-market advice and success in winning sales from other firms, though client retention is key. You should be passionate, independent, highly committed, and willing to go the extra mile.
