Mission

The Services Solutions Manager is a field-based, customer-facing role working throughout the UK. It is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting the delivery of non-homecare related commercial opportunities that address challenges facing Almirall brands, the NHS, and patients. The role involves piloting and embedding Almirall-approved initiatives within key strategic accounts, monitoring outcomes, and assessing the broader commercial viability for national rollout.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with infield teams to develop initiatives addressing healthcare system needs
  • Understand strategic key account dynamics, needs, and challenges.
  • Partner with field functions in customer-facing activities.
  • Support Key Account Managers in creating programs to drive brand loyalty and sales.
  • Lead development of patient support initiatives, package deals, collaborations, donations, and grants.
  • Implement initiatives to meet healthcare system needs
    • Support program implementation to enhance brand loyalty and sales.
    • Create patient and promotional materials to support initiatives.
    • Work with pilot accounts to gather outcomes data.
    • Evaluate the potential for national expansion.
    • Develop and execute scaling strategies, including marketing materials and presentations.
    • Engage stakeholders with detailed project plans.
    • Coordinate across teams for project alignment.
  • Advise internal teams on strategy and industry standards
    • Understand industry regulations and competitor initiatives.
    • Recommend approaches to increase the value perception of Almirall through pilot programs.
    Required Education & Experience
    • Masters or postgraduate degree in Market Access.
    Skills
    • Experience in cross-functional communication, program management, and multi-project handling.
    • Deep knowledge of NHS policies, commissioning, financial flows, and procurement.
    • Self-motivated with clear goal-setting ability.
    • Proven skills in developing business cases and forecasts.
    • Ability to influence and leverage internal relationships.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with healthcare professionals.
    • Leadership skills to motivate infield teams.
    • Understanding of ABPI Code of Practice and its application.
