Job Opportunity: Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team members are outgoing and eager to showcase their skills to ensure customers leave satisfied with everything they need.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts who are committed to delivering exceptional service. Your role involves driving sales within the Halfords group by arranging vehicle repairs at our stores, garages, and at the customer's home or workplace.

In this position, you'll work closely with colleagues across our retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.

Key requirements include:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience sharing expertise with others
• A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
