Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's leading automotive retailer. Our sales team members are enthusiastic about showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive not only the products and services they want but also everything they need.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.

In this position, you'll work closely with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and the Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.

To excel, you will need:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or the automotive sector
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets through converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with others
• A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
