Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's leading retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team is composed of individuals who are not afraid to showcase their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they need and want.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes or workplaces.

In this role, you will work with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. You should be able to work efficiently and excel at building relationships.

To be successful, you will need:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with others
• A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
