Job Title: Automotive Salesperson

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team members are proactive in showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive both the products and services they desire and need.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving sales across the Halfords group, including arranging vehicle repairs at our stores, garages, and at customers' homes or workplaces.

In this role, you will work with colleagues in our retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in delivering excellent face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with others
• Interest in or experience with motoring products and services
