Job Opportunity: Automotive Salesperson

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. If you have a passion for sales and motoring, this role offers up to £27,000 per year + uncapped bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving sales across the Halfords group, including arranging repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.
  2. Collaborating with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  3. Building strong relationships and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail sales or automotive environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities.
  • Sharing expertise with others.
  • Interest or experience in motoring products/services.
