Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a confident and professional salesperson to join the UK's largest automotive retailer. Our sales team members are proactive in showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they need, leaving satisfied and well-informed.

You will collaborate with a large team that shares your enthusiasm for cars and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include driving sales across the Halfords group by coordinating car repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.

In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this position requires the ability to work efficiently and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail sales or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets through converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with team members
• A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
