Job Title: Salesperson - Automotive

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest automotive retailer. Our sales team members are proactive in showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive the products and services they need and want.

You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts who strive to deliver exceptional customer service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customer locations such as home and work.

In this position, you will work with colleagues from our retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently and build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail sales or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with others
• Interest or experience in motoring products/services
