Job description

To grow our services offer by expanding our wallet share within priority customers in a specified region, working closely with our v1 sales teams to ensure a collaborative plan and strategy on traditional and digital services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Face-to-face regional role with high customer activity and customer-facing time in the field, balanced with digital and remote work.
  2. Develop expertise in services offerings, focusing on our digital story and implementing the company's digital services strategy across multiple segments and technologies.
  3. Develop, manage, and execute a commercial strategy to increase our full services portfolio across regional customers using a portfolio approach.
  4. Promote and grow the install base services within the target customer base, with a focus on improving install base information in the region.
  5. Collaborate with our inside (digital) sales team to optimize coverage and identify new opportunities.
  6. Farm existing customers to increase their SE Services wallet, while developing new high-potential service customers.
  7. Lead multi-site customer engagements across the UK&I when necessary, even outside the main region.
  8. Demonstrate digital tools and act as an ambassador for SE software and customer tools, articulating our value proposition in services.
  9. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, forecasting opportunities according to business rules.
  10. Ensure contractual growth within the region by expanding existing contracts and developing new revenue streams, increasing services' contractual (run-rate) business.
