Job summary

Boots in Cambridge is seeking a skilled pharmacist to deliver NHS and private services, utilising both in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards, partner with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team, and mentor colleagues to reflect our diverse communities.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, collaboration, and delivering high-quality, trusted pharmaceutical services across local networks.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others.
