Job Description

The role of the services host is to look after the client reception, the hospitality and hosting of events, book and assist with room booking on the visitor management and room booking system, including room set-ups and some AV assistance

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently face to face or over the telephone
  • Able to engage with other people to build empathy and rapport
  • Immaculate personal presentation & appearance
  • An excellent customer focused manner at all times
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust at all levels
  • Ability to manage change
