A leading organization in Bolton seeks an Operations Manager for Schools to oversee meal services and cleaning operations. Essential Requirements: Current Valid Driving Licence, Degree (Level 5 qualification in Hospitality Catering Management), Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification.
The Role: Responsible for managing the operational aspects of School Meals and Building Cleaning Services. Leading a team of operational managers and approximately 700 frontline staff, overseeing services at 84 primary schools and 58 schools and 40 council buildings, including libraries and youth centres. Contributing to Bolton's 2030 Vision to support children's development.
Extensive operational management experience, practical catering expertise, and advanced knowledge of large-scale contracts in education and business sectors. Strong leadership, communication skills, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, and adaptability are essential.
