Services Executive (Client based)
Salary: Up to £33,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 08:00-16:30
Location: Abingdon

Responsibilities:
  • Be the main point of contact for client communications — from initial enquiry to final delivery

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing exceptional service

  • Conduct site visits to collect detailed measurements, notes, and photos for quoting and design

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate, cost-effective quotes

  • Manage project timelines and keep all parties informed

  • Oversee on-site installations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

  • Monitor project profitability and address any issues proactively

  • Ensure invoicing and admin details are completed accurately

  • Recommend additional services or upgrades where appropriate to meet client goals
Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a client-facing, coordination, or account management role (experience in signage, graphics, or design is a bonus)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail

  • Comfortable working both in the office and on-site
