Job description

Services Co-ordinator – Care at Home

Location: Dundee & Angus & Aberdeenshire

Hours: 28 hours per week

Salary: £23,936 – £26,495 per annum pro rata

This role aligns with the salary scales and job profiles of Crossroads Caring Scotland, which has recently become part of Enable.

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation devoted to improving the lives of people with support needs. We are looking for a motivated and driven Services Co-ordinator to join us in ensuring they have the same opportunities as everyone else.

Working closely with the Services Manager, the Services Co-ordinator will assist with the day-to-day coordination of the service, in accordance with service specifications and all legal requirements. The role involves supporting the Services Manager to ensure the quality of service provision meets the needs of those receiving services.

This role is pivotal to our success and aims to support adults and children with support needs to live full, meaningful, and inclusive lives.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and are seeking a Services Co-ordinator for our Dundee & Angus & Aberdeenshire services. The successful candidate will be based in our Dundee office.

The role requires participation in the service on-call rota.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Experience of Supported Living Services and Care at Home.
  2. Experience of supervising a team in a social care or similar setting.
  3. A commitment to the inclusion of people with support needs.
  4. Experience of delivering care, assessment, care planning, and review.
  5. SVQ Level 3 or the ability to work towards the relevant qualification required for SSSC registration.
  6. Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
