Services Co-ordinator – Care at Home – Central Services

25 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

Enable is a vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with support needs. We seek a motivated Services Co-ordinator to help ensure clients have equal opportunities.

Working with the Services Manager, the Co-ordinator will assist with daily service coordination, ensuring compliance with service specifications and legal requirements. The role supports maintaining high-quality service provision tailored to client needs.

This position is crucial to our mission to support Adults and Children with support needs to lead full, meaningful, and inclusive lives.

We invite applications for a Services Co-ordinator in our Central Services team, covering the Central area, based in our Glasgow office. The role involves participating in an on-call rota.

About You

To qualify, you should:

  • Have experience in Supported Living and Care at Home services.
  • Have supervised a team in a social care or similar setting.
  • Be committed to the inclusion of people with support needs.
  • Have experience in care delivery, assessment, planning, and review.
  • Hold SVQ Level 3 or be working towards the qualification required for SSSC registration.
  • Possess a full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
