Job summary

A central Government client is seeking an SC Cleared ServiceNow Solutions Architect for an initial 6-month contract with possible extensions. This position offers a daily rate between £700-800, with hybrid working and travel required to Bristol or London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on ServiceNow, progressing from a SysAdmin or Developer role, and will be responsible for managing technical governance and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITAM, SAM/HAM Pro, ITOM, and CSM.
• Experience in Agile environments within a Government setting.

Responsibilities

Our central Government client is looking for an SC Cleared ServiceNow Solutions Architect for an initial 6-month contract (extensions likely).

This role is inside IR35 (£700-800 per day) and involves hybrid working with some travel to either Bristol or London. The role can be based anywhere in the UK.

Experience:

• Solutions Architect with extensive experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
• The successful contractor will have progressed from being a ServiceNow SysAdmin or ServiceNow Developer and will have an in-depth understanding of all facets of ServiceNow.
• Understanding of: ITSM, ITAM, SAM/HAM Pro, ITOM, Agent Client Collector (ACC), Discovery, Cloud Discovery, WSD (Reservation management), CSM, HRSD, SPM is essential.
• Experience of ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments within a Government setting.
• Responsible for applying and managing the technical governance framework for the platform.
