Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect – Source-to-Pay
Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
As aServiceNow Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading the scoping, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions across client projects, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. This role combines deep platform knowledge with business process expertise, ensuring optimal technical solutions aligned with client procurement and finance operations.
You will collaborate with engagement leads, project managers, analysts, developers, and testers to deliver quality outcomes—driving innovation and best practices across ServiceNow implementations.
Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow projects, especially those involving Source-to-Pay capabilities
Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including S2P workflows, procurement automation, and supplier lifecycle management
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and client ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Define scalable and secure technical solutions
Deliver engaging product demonstrations across ServiceNow modules
Guide teams through all stages of delivery while resolving technical issues
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and dev teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge through certifications, internal/external learning, and community involvement
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Support the evolution of DXC’s ServiceNow offering and roadmap
Proven experience in ServiceNow consulting, with specific involvement in Source-to-Pay or Procurement process automation
Track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations as a Solution Architect
Strong understanding of S2P processes including requisitioning, sourcing, procurement, supplier onboarding, and invoicing
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist in at least one suite (e.g., ITSM, Procurement, SPM)
ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS) and configuration (Flows, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Widgets)
Familiarity with integration methods such as IntegrationHub, REST APIs, LDAP, SSO
Experience in agile and traditional software delivery methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving ability and resilience
Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB best practices
Understanding of procurement platforms and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) is a strong plus
Willingness to travel and work on client sites as required
