ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect - Certified Technical Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect - Certified Technical Architect who guides and leads the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. Find solutions to business problems. Ensuring that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other perspectives. They must be able to describe the solution in a language that is understandable to all. They should be able to facilitate communication (bridge the gap) between process owners and the C-Suite.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem.
  2. Understand what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to create a solution.
  3. Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will interact with each other.
  4. Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported.
  5. Configuration vs. Customization.
  6. Technical Debt.
  7. Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow.
  8. Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project.
  9. Ability to clearly define what Organizational Change Management is and why it is a key component of a successful project.
