Job Description

Join a financial services client of ours as a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a strategic ITSM transformation, driving the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules to meet business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow Phase 1 implementation, ensuring functional parity with current service management platform.
  • Design and implement a fit-for-purpose CMDB with automated updates and full estate coverage.
  • Deliver integrated Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.
  • Oversee creation of a user-centric Service Portal and standardised Service Catalogue.
  • Ensure integration with enterprise systems (e.g., PagerDuty, Workday, Active Directory) and enforce RBAC.
  • Drive Governance, Compliance, and Audit Management to meet industry standards.
  • Manage Contract and SLA processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed terms.
  • Oversee Go-Live and Hypercare phases for a smooth production transition.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • A Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
  • Extensive Financial Services Experience
  • Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, service taxonomy, and Incident/Problem/Change Management.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, API integration, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with automated discovery, CI/CD, and service impact analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS) highly desirable.

Role Details:

  • Contract
  • Up to £750/day (DOE)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days on-site per week
  • Central London
