Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to own and evolve the product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define the roadmap and integrate tools within the asset management ecosystem. Applicants should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow, asset management principles, and experience in financial services. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite per week in Manchester.

Role Title: ServiceNow Product Owner

Duration: contract to run until 3/06/2026

Location: Manchester, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

Rate: up to £613.34 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role purpose / summary

• Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
• Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
• Proven experience in financial services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
