Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform in a 12-month hybrid role in Milton Keynes. You will work with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams to prioritise, deliver enhancements and drive continuous service improvement.

Essential experience includes ServiceNow expertise, product roadmaps, IT delivery, and strong stakeholder management. ITIL4 certifications and security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Product- and service-driven PM with ServiceNow expertise.
• Experience building and maintaining product roadmaps, delivery pipelines and backlogs.
• Experience in IT delivery and governance with suppliers and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leaders.
• ITIL4 Foundation and/or ITIL4 Specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage a value-driven roadmap, delivery pipeline and backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers to prioritise and deliver new capabilities.

On behalf of FCDO Services, we are looking for a ServiceNow Product Manager (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based hybrid in Milton Keynes.OverviewFCDO Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform.Working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, you will help shape the future direction of the platform, maximise product quality and value, manage priorities and drive continuous service improvement across the organisation.As a ServiceNow Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:* Define and continuously evolve the ServiceNow product strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, technology direction and customer outcomes.* Develop and manage a value driven product roadmap, delivery pipeline and backlog.* Work with stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers to define priorities and ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and enhancements.* Provide reporting, insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support investment planning, decision making and risk management.* Manage strategic suppliers and vendor relationships, ensuring strong governance, performance and value delivery.* Identify business needs and translate them into product requirements, service improvements and future platform enhancements.* Support governance activities, business case development and approval processes.PLEASE NOTE: SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks.
