• Hands-On Expertise: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer, with deep understanding of the platform's architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Platform Management Knowledge: Expertise in managing on-premises and cloud instances, understanding TCO, and establishing best practices for upgrades, clones, and standardization.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to connect tactical solutions to broader strategy and long-term platform vision.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Creativity in solutioning, with the ability to deliver quick, practical examples to drive implementation.
• Self-Leadership & Collaboration: Thrives in environments that value initiative and teamwork, excels at stakeholder alignment, and delivering impactful results.
