Job description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a strong focus on Security Operations. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing these modules in complex environments and delivering measurable outcomes. Security Clearance is essential to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• Design, configure, and deploy Integrated Risk Management solutions tailored to client-specific risk and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and security operations workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Security Operations (SIR and VR) and IRM modules in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using ServiceNow's platform capabilities.
• Experience working in agile project delivery environments.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Operations or IRM) are highly desirable.
