Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered for this role.

Requirement: To be appointed, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residence in the UK for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities include:
  • Technical Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflows, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience applications.
  • User Experience: Use ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build user interfaces, configure and enhance UI for seamless interactions, and create role-based dashboards.
  • Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Experience required:
  • Proven expertise with ServiceNow platform, focusing on customer, technology, and employee workflows.
  • Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Skills in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible within the UK, with occasional office visits.

Hiring process: two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.

Full-time direct hire (B2B contract not available).
