YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct detailed HR process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • ServiceNow HRSD experience.
  • Expertise in developing detailed business requirements and process documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to Agile teams.
  • Strong skills in identifying and implementing HR process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.

OPTIONAL:

  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
