YOUR ROLE

• Actively participate in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct detailed HR process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct workshops and training to educate clients on ServiceNow capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Additionally, contribute to business growth and personal development through:

• Business Development: leading proposals, RFPs, client pitches, and hosting events.
• Internal contributions: campaign development, whitepapers, practice growth, and offering development.
• Learning & development: training, certifications, and skill enhancement.

YOUR PROFILE

• ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Strong in developing business requirements and process documentation.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Proven skills in HR process improvements and stakeholder management.

OPTIONAL:

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background.
