Job summary

Morgan Philips Group SA is seeking three experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a growing practice delivering complex solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM. The roles are home-based with on-site requirements as needed.

You'll design, develop and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor junior consultants and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure governance, security and high performance.

Qualifications

• Commercial hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and integrations.
• Certifications relevant to ServiceNow.
• Experience delivering within large enterprise environments.
• Desirable: CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• ITIL, Agile or Scrum certifications.
• Public sector or regulated environments experience.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, security and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimise platform performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
