Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking three experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a growing practice delivering complex solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM. You will lead the design, development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with architects, stakeholders and junior consultants.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and Flow Designer skills, and experience with integrations in large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Commercial hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and integrations.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Proven experience with Field Service Management (FSM).
• Proven experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to your specialism.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering within large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, security and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimise platform performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
