Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the IT team and develop the firm's ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CMDB. You will build automations, custom apps and integrations to support lawyers and clients.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS and JSON, plus Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. ITIL knowledge and CSA/CAD certification are a plus; law firm experience helps. Flexible working is considered.

Qualifications

• Hands on ServiceNow development experience.
• JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS and JSON.
• Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs.
• Update sets and instance migration, plus an understanding of ITIL.
• CSA or CAD certification, and law firm experience, would help.
