Job description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules, be proficient in ServiceNow scripting, and have experience integrating with third-party tools., Configure, customise, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client scripts.

Design and implement workflows, service catalogues, and automated processes.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Build and maintain UI policies, UI actions, data policies, and business rules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.

Maintain documentation for configuration, customisation, and integration work.

4-7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models and CMDB structure.

Experience in workflow, service catalogue, and SLA configuration.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery methods.

Understanding of MID Server configurations for integrations.

Certifications (Preferred):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM.

ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
