We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a major domain migration and platform enhancement programme for our customer. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with deep ServiceNow expertise, particularly in CSM, Virtual Agent, and Entra ID integrations.

Your responsibilities as the ServiceNow Developer:

  • Lead the migration of ServiceNow configuration to support a new domain.
  • Deliver enhancements, features, and bug fixes following the release of the ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
  • Build out the Client Service Management (CSM) Portal:
  • Migrate existing IT client onboarding flows from CSM/ITIL into Request workflows.
  • Design and implement forms within the CSM Portal, integrating with Incident and Request modules.
  • Deliver additional enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Improve JIRA integration, transitioning change management processes from JIRA to ServiceNow.
  • Support the migration to Service Operations Workspace, including configuration of Live Agent.

As a successful ServiceNow Developer, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and Live Agent.
  • Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID integration and domain configuration.
  • Familiarity with JIRA-ServiceNow integrations and ITIL-based workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
