As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and customising applications that support large-scale digital transformation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience and drive operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing and customising ServiceNow applications, with a focus on ITSM and CSM

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Participating in Agile sprint planning and contributing to technical discussions

Writing clean, efficient code and supporting production systems when required

Upholding coding standards and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform

Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules, workflows, scripting, and configuration

Background in Agile delivery environments, ideally with exposure to DevOps practices

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, user-centred approach

Awareness of database design and/or CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
