Job summary

Whitehall Resources is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect for a 3-month contract primarily remote role. The suitable candidate will be SC Cleared and have experience with ITOM Discovery and CMDB governance, playing a critical role in ensuring successful implementations. The position offers flexibility with the majority of work being remote and only a small onsite presence required in Wiltshire.

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect for an initial 3 month contract 90% Remote working and 10% Onsite in Wiltshire.

*** MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE ***

*** INSIDE IR35 ***

Job Spec:

* Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and / or ServiceNow ITAM.
* A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance.
* Able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product) and analyse / adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
* Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM / ITAM.
